Bob Dryburgh - Chairman
Bob is an innovate software services and technology entrepreneur with over 22 years experience in developing and growing technology and services based businesses. During that time Robert has built up and sold 6 such businesses and has also bought 6 businesses. Bob has a thorough understanding of “Key Value Drivers” of Software, Technology and Services businesses and has developed major turnaround strategies where appropriate in releasing value. Bob has managed on a “World Wide basis” with offices in England, USA and Japan. Bob’s companies have been selected on 2 occasions as East Anglian Regional Finalist by 3i in their “Quest for Growth Competition”.

Charlie Morrison, O.B.E., CA, CCMI - Director
Charlie spent 28 years until July 2004 with IBM where he held a range of European and Corporate management and executive positions including running the IBM Site at Greenock for five years and Worldwide Server Manufacturing. Latterly he was Vice President of IBM’s IT Service Delivery Division in Europe, based in Paris.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland, is a Companion of the Chartered Management Institute and spent 6 years as a main board member of Scotland’s economic development agency Scottish Enterprise where he chaired the Audit and Operations committee. Charlie was awarded the OBE in 2008 for services to economic development.

Robert McKechnie – Director
Robert started his career as a Software Engineer with IBM. Since then he has been involved in developing a number of businesses. He helped grow a technology service and repair business into a global company with sites in UK, US, Ireland, and Taiwan. The company was eventually sold to investment firm 3i. Robert has international management experience and spent 9 years living and working in the US. He has a strong knowledge of environmental technologies and has helped establish two different businesses in the environmental sector.
